Welcome to DC37 Local 384
Local 384 members work in a variety of job titles and at different levels. We are College Administrative Assistants, College Office Assistants, College Print Shop Coordinators and Mail/Message Services Workers. We work in the many locations throughout CUNY such as Community and Senior Colleges, Hunter College High School, Graduate Center and Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens Educational Opportunity Centers. We all help to make this city run.
Important Information
I have provided below the confirmed State and City payment dates for the negotiated wage increases and retroactive payment for titles represented by DC37 at CUNY – in accordance with the Blue Collar, White Collar and EOC collective bargaining agreements. Important to note that it will consist of the implementation of negotiated wage increases, $18 minimum wage effective July 1, 2023, and all applicable retroactive payments.
They are as follows:
Retroactive Pay:
State Payroll (CUNY Senior Colleges): January 23, 2025
City Payroll (CUNY Community Colleges): January 31, 2025
CUNY is confirming the payout dates received from the State and City payroll for the “Ratification Bonus.”
The State and City Ratification Bonus pay dates are as follows: .
CUNY Senior College (State Payroll) Ratification Bonus Pay Date:
10/3/2024 (CUNY full-time employees)
10/31/2024 (CUNY hourly employees)
CUNY Community College (City Payroll) Ratification Bonus Pay Date:
10/11/2024 (CUNY full-time employees)
11/8/2024 (CUNY hourly employees)
Please note that CUNY is currently working with State and City payroll to program the negotiated wage increases and retroactive payments.
Dates were given by DC 37 but CUNY has not sent official notification.
Retro pay dates are set for (STATE) January 23, 2025 and (CITY) January 31, 2025

Upcoming Events
Our members ratified the CUNY contracts by 98.41% on Monday, February 12, 2024. We also got word today that the CUNY Board of Trustees met on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024, and approved the contract. We are now working with CUNY on pay dates and will keep you updated as we get information.
